If there's a problem with a piece you bought from us, call or text (973) 673-3800 or bring it to our store at 260 Main St, Orange, NJ. We'll look at it and tell you your options.

Caring for gold

• Take jewelry off before swimming, the gym or cleaning with chemicals.
• Clean with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush; dry with a soft cloth.
• Store pieces separately so chains don't tangle or scratch.

Gold-plated pieces

Keep plated pieces dry and away from perfume and lotion to help the finish last.
