We want you to love it. If something isn't right, here's how we fix it.

30-day returns

Return or exchange in-stock pieces within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs aren't refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Custom and personalized pieces

Nameplates, engraved and custom pieces are made just for you, so they're final sale. That doesn't mean you're on your own: if something isn't right, call or text us and we'll work with you until you're happy with it. If we made a mistake, we remake it at no cost.
