Questions about spelling, font or size? Call or text us before or right after you order and we'll walk you through it. Please double-check the spelling before checkout.

Gold and quality

Is your jewelry real gold?

Every listing shows the metal and karat. Solid gold pieces are stamped with their karat, and gold-plated items are labeled as plated.

What's the difference between 10K and 14K gold?

14K is 58.3% gold and 10K is 41.7% gold. 14K has a richer color and costs a little more; 10K is slightly harder and more scratch-resistant.

How do I know what stones are in a piece?

Where a piece has stones, the listing describes them. Ask us about any piece and we'll tell you what we know.

Returns

What is your return policy?

In-stock pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Can I return a custom piece?

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale because they're made just for you. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work with you to make sure you're happy with it.
