What happens when I walk in?
We will ask what you are shopping for and who it is for. That is it. From there we pull pieces so you can see and feel them. Photos are useful, but nothing beats holding a 5mm chain next to a 7mm chain, or trying a ring on your actual finger.
For every piece, we will tell you:

The metal and karat, such as 10K, 14K or 18K, and whether it is yellow, white or two-tone.

The weight, where it matters. Solid gold is priced largely on weight, so you should know it.

The width or length, in millimeters and inches.

What should I bring with me?
A few things make a visit faster:
