How long do custom pieces take, and what is your return policy?
Custom nameplates and other custom pieces are made to order in 10 to 14 business days. Plan around that if you are buying for a birthday, graduation or any date that matters.
In-stock pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the return. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale, but we will work with you to make sure you are happy with it.
