Shipping within the United States

Free shipping on every U.S. order.

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Custom and personalized pieces

Nameplates and other custom pieces are made by hand in 10–14 business days before they ship. We'll email you tracking once your piece is on its way.

International shipping

We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order cancellations

In-stock orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Custom pieces can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, as long as production hasn't started. To cancel, call or text (973) 673-3800 or email hello@goldenpalacejewelry.com.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
